Some of the services we offer include:
Two hour in home consultation - provides you with consultation with your personal Kansas City home stager and immediate changes that will facilitate the sale of the home. We will re-arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories on the spot. You will also be provided with do it yourself guidance on paint colors, closets, and curb appeal. This is a 350-dollar package.

Kansas Home Staging Services
Total project management package - hiring of painters, handyman, landscape, and personal shopping. We will see your Kansas home staging needs through from beginning to end. Cost is based on home square footage and time requirements. A 50% deposit is required upon initial agreement. Professional grade photos provided for MLS upon request.
Vacant Home Staging - complete home furnishings. Usually requires a two month minimum commitment. Prices are based rooms staged. There is a onetime 250 dollar per room charge.
Typical rates: Living room 400-600/month, Dining room 350-500/month, Bedroom 350-500/month, and Office 125-300/month. These do not include delivery fees.
Personal Shopping. 75/hour rates apply.
